AN UPLIFTING LOOK AT THE ENERGY OF
THE STRENGTH MOON CYCLE

November 16-December 15, 2009

Welcome to the Strength Moon cycle; the twelfth lunation of 2009! This moon is also known as the Cold Moon, Oak Moon, Frost Moon, Long Night's Moon, Moon Before Yule and Margashirsha Poornima. All over the world and within all cultures we humans can't help but 'look up'.

For each lunation throughout this year I briefly refer to a way to connect to resource. Our inner Strength offers us endless opportunities to have courage as life tests our stamina. The inherent power of our true nature can help us to eventually become ever more bold as we reach for what is our heart's desire. Slowly we come to realize that every stretch and endurance test ultimately turns us toward Divine Ideas. When we engage in co-creation with the Divine we discover that resource and supply are part of the continous flow.

From November 16 until the close of the month we continue to gather information regarding the release from suffering and the causes of suffering as we engage in introspection. As we step into December the moon cycle shifts our focus to the Strength that results. We were born to discover and express our true Strength by creating the life that fits our true nature. Each year at this time we can polish the mirror that reflects back who were really are.

In December while the consumer culture is attempting to entice us to scatter and spend see if you can schedule a bit of nap time and/or relax with a good book. Continue to notice the natural processes that are at work within you now. In December we can go deeper in and realize that rest and rejuvination are a natural inclination no matter what we hear through the media. And as we step out of the mainstream and quiet down the Strength of our most current ideas have the space to float up into our awareness.

During this cycle a few useful questions would be, "What if I knew I had the power and true Strength to live my most authentic life? What would I dream to accomplish? How would I visualize my life? What would matter? How would I know? What will I place into my heart as I rest in a natural great peace?
During this 'Strength Moon' imagine the world empowered by your contributions. Rest in that space and savor the ideas of what's possible.

By this time you know that I have long been inspired by the work of John Randolph Price and the Quartus Foundation that he founded. Below is a short homework assignment to help you find your own connection to the restful and rejuvenating process of your own true Strength.

Twelfth Lunation: The Strength Moon November 16 - December 15

The Divine Consciousness that I am is forever expressing its true nature of Abundance. This is its responsibility, not mine. My only responsibility is to be aware of this Truth.

How auspicious it is that we receive sixteen days at the start of this lunation to lean into the profound and far reaching energy that the Introspection or 'death and rebirth' cycle brings. To assist us let's look at a poetic descriptor for the energy. That way we can each find our own way to go a little deeper if we choose.

I'm looking to William Martin in The Sage's Tao Te Ching. Verse 22 aligns with this current energy:

If Not You, Who?

A youth may have ambitious goals but the sage has no need for ambition.

A youth strives for perfection but the sage is content with imperfection.

A youth is always on guard against loss but the sage has let go already.

Therefore, despite the apparent advantages of youth, it is the sage who shows the way. It is the sage who can be trusted. It is the sage who is the example to follow. It is the sage who has succeeded.

You cannot fulfill your destiny by hanging on to the qualities of youth.

If you do not display an alternative to blind ambition, our world will be depleted beyond recovery.

If you do not live with acceptance and grace, our world will be consumed by the fires of hate.

If you do not become the sage, from where will guidance come?

If not you, who?

As we enter December and near the close of 2009 we are already mid-cycle in this Strength moon. Now we can actively move out of the energy of November and briskly step into a quality of review and change.

Similar in feel to earlier in the year (during the March segment of the third lunation) this current time-line asks for a tempered and a measured approach to the tasks at hand. Remember the references to strength during last month? Now we truly feel that potency.

Throughout the year, each in our own way, we've been tuned into the creative/sexual charge of this second year in the current nine year pattern.

We work in nine year cycles, which end to end constitute a decade, with the idea that each twelve-month walk around the Wheel of Life offers us a global umbrella of energy to help to bring us into harmony.

The beauty of 2009 is that moon by month the umbrella over our heads has been one of mastership and accomplishment. A whole year to realize that 'we're all in this together' and 'there's only one of us here'.

In December the change that is asked of us is that of being still and embracing what we each know deeply. The keyword that is assigned to each month upon the wheel tells us a bit about how we can proceed to spiral year upon year as we walk 'round. To move through the keywords is to create pathways into the central collective consciousness of the ancestral lineage pulsing through us all.

Here is a quick review: January brings the concept of Cleansing, leading to February's Renewal and the Purity of March. At spring's turn we begin the next path leading into the center comprised of April's Clarity, the Wisdom of May and the Illumination of June. Here we turn onto the path of summer with July's Growth, the Trust we find in August leading to September's Love. Here we enter the quieting of autumn and the path of Experience in October leading to Introspection in November followed by our present position for aligning with Strength. The wheel offers a beautiful way to invest in time with a focus. Now, we are each given a perfect place for a review of how we have garnered strength through the experiences of the year.

I hope that you find great joy in having discovered deeper connections to your true creative Strength as we come near to the close of this year.

AN UPLIFTING LOOK AT THE ENERGY OF
THE INTROSPECTION MOON CYCLE

October 18 - November 15, 2009

Welcome to the Introspection Moon cycle; the eleventh lunation of 2009! This moon is also known as the Hunter's Moon, Beaver Moon, Frost Moon, Snow Moon and Kartik Poornima. All over the world and within all cultures we humans can't help but 'look up'.

For each lunation throughout this year I briefly refer to a way to connect to resource. The ceaseless deaths and rebirths of life hold endless opportunities to Introspect. The impermanence of it all can help us to eventually become more accepting of what is. Slowly we come to realize that heartbreak and loss ultimately turns us toward Divine Ideas. When we engage in co-creation with the Divine resource is constantly reborn.
From October 18 until the close of the month we continue to gather information and Experience. Continue to keep notes over the last 13 days of the month to refer back to during the new year. Remember that everything that meets us in October offers a preview of 2010. As we step into November the moon cycle shifts our focus onto the Introspection that naturally accompanies death and rebirth.

In November tap into the light as it fades, watch the leaves fall, notice the birds migrate, think about the animals building their dens. What natural processes are at work within you now? This is when we realize that time is short simply by looking out the window in the late afternoon.

I went to a memorial service for my 92 year old friend Sir John last weekend. I was his companion for six years and each time we visited I came away smiling at his wit, and cutting edge passion for life. Right to the end he was razor sharp in intellect and humor. At his service I was deeply touched by the compassionate way in which he was remembered. He would have so enjoyed this honoring.

Eleventh Lunation: The Introspection Moon
October 18 - November 15

What a relief it can be to realize, with each turn of the wheel, that nothing lasts forever. What would be the point if there were no 'death shore' to move toward giving life its true depth and import? The last part of October is leading us to the place of a natural shedding, dropping and burying of what is now through with being part of the physical world. And since the preview period is part of this movement it continues to be a time of noticing the way that we dance with death. In other words, with the push toward doing the work of the heart coming on strong for 2010 we can die to the way we keep our passion on life support.

Don't forget this year's energetic baby. Remember how hard you worked to bring that vision, impregnated two years ago, into the world.
Hold that 'child' of yours up to the sky and honor her. This is your creativity. Celebrate the beginning of this part of your life as you simultaneously prepare to drop an aspect that is dead and now too heavy to carry.

November brings 'Introspection' or a deepening of the experience of death and rebirth. The days of November bestow upon each of us a very large and magnificent energy gift. The energetic field that it brings this year is of a Master quality. Basically it recommends to us the choice of releasing our pain parts from a sense of suffering. The idea here is that to be born human is to be subject to pain. There really isn't any way around that fact. We will hurt. It hurts to be born, it hurts to die. Wounds will be inflicted along the way.

The energy visiting in November pulses a vibe that teaches that we can transmute the pain of life. Obviously this is not easy but it can be done. Think of it as the real Ph.D. work of a life. We can turn our personal suffering into compassion for other living beings. We can use it as a tool for increasing awareness by recognizing that all living beings also feel pain.
A great teacher on the planet was Viktor E. Frankel (March 26, 1905 - September 2, 1997). He wrote Man's Search for Meaning. I was fortunate enough to discover this book as a young woman shortly after violence visited my life. I refused to give in and buckle and I was heartened when in this book Frankel posed the pivotal question for my life. "Instead of saying 'Why me?' ask, 'Why not me?' With this one inquiry, plus the love and support of my mentor Alice and the love of my life; my creative spirit, I began to discover layer upon layer of strength rising up, slow but sure.

I trust that you will also discover and uncover, through the Introspection process, a dying to the old and an opening to the possible as this cycle flows through you. I wish you a grand journey as the energy has now turned us inward for the next six months.

The Full Moon phase let's us look into the mirror and see our shadow, our fear and our anxious parts...that's why we often hear of the Lunatics that are a foot at this time.

This October enters with a solid and grounding energy.

Think about endurance and the balance act of knowing when to be active and when to be still.

Practice focus.

This cycle also taps us back into the energy that visited us in the first lunation of the year. Take a look back at January and reinforce the Experience of that time period by imaging now what you might have done differently or better then. AN UPLIFTING LOOK AT THE ENERGY OF THE EXPERIENCE MOON CYCLE
September 18 - October 17, 2009

Greetings!
Welcome to the Experience Moon cycle; the tenth lunation of 2009! This moon is also known as the Travel Moon, Harvest Moon, Dying Grass Moon, Blood Moon, and in Hindu this is the Kojagiri Moon. All over the world and within all cultures we humans can't help but 'look up'.
I hope that you find useful the insights included. I design these entries to be short and focused. I hope that you enjoy the experience of discovering the patterns of each moon's information as much as I enjoy bringing it to you!

For each lunation, as part of the Homework throughout the year, I am briefly referring to a way to connect to resource.
The Experiences of life hold endless opportunities to become open hearted. We come to realize that resource dwells within the Divine Ideas that each heart opened Experience holds.

From September 18 until the close of the month we continue to gather together evidence to document what we love about life. As we step into the new month the moon cycle shifts our focus onto Experience.

Each year the October lunation gives us a preview of the coming year's primary energetic quality. What you Experience in October is giving you a 31 day encapsulated view of what you'll live out through the twelve months of the year ahead.

Keep a log of your physical, emotional and intuitive trail during the month and then refer back to it throughout 2010. If you fall down a slippery slope in October you will most likely repeat the pattern at some point in the coming year. Conversely, if you notice that you have an ease and an acceptance of what occurs in October this will be apparent as the new year unfolds. The global vibe for 2010 will be that of finding a renewed sense of identity, the voice of 'this is who I am' will be rising up even in the midst of the chaos that surrounds.

During this cycle you might ask yourself, "What is my sense of identity at this time? Who am I now? How do I express this awareness? How can I be true? What might I do? What action might I take to demonstrate the confidence of my true nature?

These questions are 'wise selfish' since being real and finding our true nature brings joy and the desire to express the best of who we are and what we can be. Contrary to what we may imagine, by asking questions of this nature we actually align with and step into our work in the world. Our work in the world changes. It's meant to. We're not static. In 2010 we're meant to stretch and express in renewed and socially connected ways that bring us into contact with our unique form of self expression. Practice buddying up with how this looks and feels for you during this cycle.
During this 'Experience Moon' take a risk that allows you to express the uniqueness that makes you YOU.

When we are truly expressive of our individuality and share it in a way that adds to the whole everyone has the Experience of being uplifted. The Experience Moon cycle is a social time. See what precious gifts you can express and share. This is an excellent time to ask yourself, 'Do those around me really see my best level of self expression? Or, as my mom used to say; 'Are you hiding your light under a bushel?'

Insert your own story line here. Tell yourself how invested you are in your own ability to add benefit and uplift to the whole. Write about your capabilities and document your own genius and brilliance so that you have a touchstone for where you were placing your energy during this preview period.

Referring to the focus of the year we can say that once 'the baby' is born the real work begins. The two weeks that begin this cycle continue to deepen the connection to the recent birth and allows us time to bond with what we have brought into the world. We might say that September 'brings us home'.
It might be smart to set up a support team to assist with the unexpected duties attendant to the new addition. I can highly recommend a Mastermind Support Group. I've been in one continuously for over twenty years and have come to depend upon the Experience of the confidential environment and encouragement that they provide. Don't feel that you have to follow anything that I suggest...format and create your own circle of support. Just include confidenciality and non judgment as components and the Experience will be life altering. As we mentioned above, each October gives us a preview of the coming year.

Don't you wonder what the global energy for 2010 will provide? Collectively we will be under an umbrella of getting down to the real art of structured self expression, building social connections, learning to use time thoughtfully and well.

2010 will be about endurance and the balance act of knowing when to be active and when to be still. Overall the year will provide a global energy infusion of renewed sense of identity. We are being asked and offered the opportunity to see ourselves as citizens of the world. So now we can practice.

October gives us focus. This cycle also taps us back into the energy that visited us in the first lunation of the year. Take a look back at January and reinforce the Experience of that time period by imaging now what you might have done differently or better then. Or simply honor what you allowed and what you gave your attention to.

Disseminating Love

The first two weeks of this cycle have moved swiftly and I have found that my days have been infused with the love of my dear friend who may soon be passing from this plane. For six years I have been a companion to 'Sir John' and now at 92 he is preparing to move out of the world of form and into the world of the formless.

He is home and unmedicated so his passage has a purity and a rawness to it. He moves back and forth between what he has known and what he cannot yet know. It's not easy. He tells me "Dying is like Purgatory; the happy and the not happy."

As a student of Tibetan Buddhism I am appreciating the opportunity to Love every facet of what I witness him moving through. He struggles with courage and often with humor to become free of the physical restrictions that the years have laid upon him.

As you travel through the remainder of this cycle perhaps you too will notice those parts that no longer fit for you. You may feel the death or the release of what no longer works. Keep in mind that this is a culminating point. This is where we can feel the results of our work thus far this year.

As we come closer now to the equinox we also approach the opportunity to reflect upon our shadowy, less attractive, even stiff and uncomfortable personality traits. Why? So that we can Love them too. Looking in the mirror and compassionately embracing what feels 'less than' is a fitting exercise for learning what it really means to Love without conditions.

I feel privileged during this Love moon to have had the honor of witnessing Sir John's process up until our last visit of yesterday. We have said our goodbyes. He is on his 'magic carpet'. He is traveling. I am reflecting on the years of our growing Love as we shared together as dear friends and lovers of the arts.

Welcome to the Love Moon cycle; the ninth lunation of 2009! This moon is also known as the Fruit Moon, Harvest Moon, Corn Moon, Barley Moon, and in Hindu this is the Bhadrapad Poornima. All over the world and within all cultures we humans can't help but 'look up'.

I hope that you find useful the insites included, I design these entries to be short and focused and I just LOVE to ferrett out each moon's information!

For each lunation, as part of the Homework for this year, I will refer to a way to connect to resource.
When we love life, and what life brings, we become open hearted. We come to realize that resource dwells within the Divine Ideas that each experience holds.

I learned a great deal about love of life from one of my earliest and most profound teachers, Alice Boucher Twitchell. We met in the summer of 1968 when I was nineteen. Each of us had just experienced deep loss and tragedy. Only neither one of us knew this about the other. I didn't learn of her unspeakably difficult challenge until twenty four years later. She never knew of mine.
Alice, more than twenty years my senior, had more spunk and passion for life than I had ever seen. She was a highly accomplished artist and had spent years studying marble sculpting in India. She demonstrated, simply by the manner in which she moved through the day, the way that I wanted my life to look. She silently and effortlessly transferred into me a blueprint. She gave me a foreign yet extraordinarily magnetic model of a yogic view of life. I was given a clear vision of life lived as art.

Even fifteen years after her death I continue to attempt to model my approach to life after what I learned from her. I am devoted to creating an homage to all the beauty and compassion that is her legacy.

This is the moon cycle where we focus on Love. To love life really has little to do with the emotionally dramatic mire that many equate with love energy. To the contrary this ninth cycle offers us the opportunity, each year, to actually touch in on what it is about life that propels us forward and ignites our passion. This 'fire in the belly' will not come from another person, although another person may show us what it looks like and even what it feels like, as Alice did for me.
During this cycle you might ask yourself, "Who are my models for 'Love of life'?" "How do I make choices that allow this recognition of Love to expand?"

During this 'Love Moon' remind yourself to really, honestly, no-hold-barred, Love your life. Look to the evidence that indicates how well your life actually works. The Love Moon cycle is a powerful time to see what precious gifts we've each been given to share. This is an excellent time to ask yourself, "How am I being, or how might I be of Loving service?"

Since the early eighties I have been inspired by the work of John Randolph Price and the Quartus Foundation that he founded. The hardcopy snail mail monthly newsletter available through Quartus is, for me, a terrific tune-up tool. Within his prosperity work Price offers an acronym: M.O.N.E.Y. that stands for my own natural energy yield. By researching his work you'll discover the 40 Day Prosperity Program and the 60 Day Non Human Program. I've repeated these programs (and others that he offers) often and with uplifting results.

Below is a short homework assignment to help you find your own Love connection to the abundant and unfailing flow of creativity and resource that perpetually surrounds us all.

NINTH LUNATION: THE LOVE MOON

Until the end of August the prevailing energies continue to supply us with the opportunity for catching a wave of vital life force. Think of ocean surfing and see if you can ride this vibrantly charged field. It's a creative/sexual radiance that reminds us that to create anything in life we must need an awareness that there is a limitless internal zone, the orenda, from which all of our ideas and inspirations emanate.

See if you can feel the connection to a vibrant, accomplished, and rich possibility. Be aware. Individualize yourself in some way that you truly Love.

Look at your purpose. Infuse your ideas and ideals with dynamic expectation. See if you can keep your own counsel and remain quietly involved...a healthy mother ready to give birth is not rushing about she is focusing, breathing and preparing for her big event.

You may recall in the beginning of the year and in the main body of the full length Lifecycle Forecast article that it was stated: work diligently between January and through September, to birth what you truly want.
In the second year of a decade long cycle, as 2009 is, we are asked to patiently 'be pregnant' trusting that 'the baby' (the idea, the project) will 'be born' (you'll sense a certain something) in September.

As we step into September we come to the point where the energy of the year meets us in concentrated form. This happens every year in the ninth month and it's worth celebrating. Throughout 2009 we have been given time to quietly allow space for the new idea or vision (that was planted last year) to grow undetected, out of sight, and as we come to this place it's beneficial to pause and 'get an Ultrasound'. Listen in. Tune into the picture that lets you see within. Look at how all that you lovingly invest in has progressed.

So now...ooo lala... we've arrived (well, as if we ever really do )...and things (ideas, visions, inspirations) are ready to POP! We are ready to birth what we've carried this far. As we push our project out into the light of day we may notice our strength (just as any mother feels at the time of giving birth). We may, hopefully, notice how our Love and passion for life relates to the greater whole.
Celebrate this momentous occasion! Remember that there is a village out there ready to support this new addition.

This birth, and all that led up to it, brings into actualization the fact that we can each make our difference as we joyfully add our voice to the whole.
I thought it might be interesting to insert a poetic descriptor of what this moon's quality brings. I'm choosing William Martin's contemporary translation of the Tao Te Ching titled The Sage's Tao Te Ching. This verse can provide a touchstone for the entire cycle:
An Infant At Her Mother's BreastBecoming a sage is like becoming an infant once more at her mother's breast, peaceful and disturbed by no great worries. It is like becoming homeless and wandering, yet always at home wherever we are. We are no longer excited at every little change of fortune. Our minds are no longer filled with details and have more room for spaces of silence. Lofty goals and grand purposes have faded, replaced by a willingness to drift wherever the Divine current takes us.

This is a turning point in the year. Next cycle we receive an energetic preview for 2010. Enjoy this 29.6 days as a culmination for all that you have chosen to Love and grow in your life up until today.

Disseminating Trust

Sun Bear was a wise and gentle Native American who felt the urge to help us with our harried ways. In his many books he introduces us to the circular natural pattern of the world via the Medicine Wheel.

My friend and teacher Buz Myers added to the work of Sun Bear by assigning a simple keyword to each of the months. As we walk the year and stop to breathe in the energy of the keyword for August we come away with a year by year deepening of trust.

Here, during the three days following the full moon, we can disseminate, share, give out what it is we have learned in our own life regarding this powerful concept.

Where in your life might you offer to another a reflection of the way(s) in which you have come to trust your life?

Full Trust

Ahhhh... the Full Phase of the Trust cycle. I so appreciate that one of my favorite lunar phase teachers, Buz Myers, working with the information left by the Native American teacher Sun Bear, put together the twelve keywords so useful as we travel round the wheel of each year.

So here we are at the point in the year when ...wow...we can trust to see our shadow. And WHAT IF, by now, that part of our self is no longer a hindrance...what if we have integrated our murky parts and allow our light to shine...how grand a goal is that.

Take a moment to review where you are and where you are going...perhaps you can trust that you have arrived at the place where you have met yourself and honor what you see and where you are. Take a moment and breathe in that gift.

Trusting the Process

Each month during the three days before the Full Moon, the days referred to as the Gibbous Phase, the opportunity is ripe for diving in and creating the goal that we've set for the cycle.

If we lean into this cycle's keyword: Trust, a lot can happen.

I've been finding ongoing references to Trust in my reading since the cycle began on July 22. additionally I am receiving phone calls and emails are arriving asking for ideas on how to activate this all important quality. I feel that health scares and financial woes are two of the most potent triggers for testing how much we trust life at any given time.

Since these three days give us the chance to place an emphasis on our ability to create what we want don't miss being clear and plain and simple in speaking out for just that...what you want in your life.

If you happen to be born in February, as I am, this energy represents a shadow/challenge and getting to know what it offers becomes even more empowering. That said it seems to me that everyone of us can use as much trust as we can grow into...it makes every part of life unfold with an effortless ease.

Trust that.

My serenity is in my control today. I will look to this day with trust and thanksgiving. And my Spirit will soar.

Who Do You Trust?

At the First Quarter phase we take an action toward the goal that we've set for this cycle of 29.6 days. Sometimes it can be a bit daunting can't it. What goal? What now? What matters? These are excellent questions and unfortunately no one can answer them for us.

Each year we receive this time to delve a little deeper and to play a bit more light heartedly in the areas of 'who do we trust?'

Take an action that allows you to lean into your strength and to recognize your skills, gifts and talents.

Others have said it and it comes to mind now. See if you can act as if you live on a trust fund.

'Cause you do. When all is said and done this is the place where we can come back and find that no matter what was or is going on somehow we were/are/and always will be OK.

The Buddha said, "How wonderful! How wonderful! All things are perfect exactly as they are!"

That's living in trust.

Welcome to the Trust Moon cycle; the eighth lunation of 2009! This moon is also known as the Grain Moon, Sturgeon Moon, Red Moon, Green Corn Moon, Lightening Moon, Dog Moon and in Hindu this is the Narali Poornima Raksha bandhan. All over the world and within all cultures we humans can't help but 'look up'.

When we trust life, and what it brings, we become light hearted. We come to realize that resource dwells within the Divine Ideas that life holds out to each and for all.

I have dealt with deep trust issues. Violent crime left me with severe post traumatic stress. For decades I sought out and experienced a wide range of creative and healing therapies. I came to realize how damaging it is for any one of us to be mired in secrets or fear. In order to assist my sweet self in learning that I could trust life I became increasingly proactive. One of the most positive far reaching aspects of my recovery was learning to calm down, breathe deeply and to literally rise above the debilitaitng effects of fear so as to 'get over myself'.
No matter how traumatic, or dire, no matter how surprising or frightening a life experience is it serves us well to see beyond the fear that it brings. We can't do anything to make life better unless we can see how our own behaviors and thought forms make it worse. The Trust cycle is an appropriate platform for observation of this kind.

In A Couse In Miracles there is a section on the Development of Trust. Six stages are described:

1. period of undoing
2. period of sorting out
3. period of relinquishment
4. period of settling down
5. period of achievement

Worth a read if this is a topic that you want to delve deeper into.

EIGHTH LUNATION: The Trust Moon

Here is a poem that aligns beautifully with this cycle. It's written by Tara Singh

To give is ever possible there's no lack in it.
This is the lesson we all need to learn and we learn it by teaching. Because it is our own doubt that limits us this is the issue of our time. We must transform the scarcity of doubt to the peace of trust. We are rewarded with tremendous potential, and the power of our gratefulness undoes every obstacle of limitation.

During this cycle we will all experience a test... the basic concept being: can you share a personal strength that benefits others. This test offers us a chance to learn that giving and receiving are one and the same.

If you read Tara Singh's poem over again you may discover some terrific words of trust to spend time with. Find the ones that speak to you and see if you can fold them into the way you move through the cycle. A cycle is 29.6 days. Take out your calendar and see if you can dedicate this time to documenting the ways in which you have come to recognize truth, honesty, justice, and strength.

Keeping in mind the thread of 'being pregnant' that is running through the year this an appropriate time to ask, 'Am I willing to trust what I have and what I am giving birth to.'

Look directly across the wheel and discover that Renewal (February) is opposite August's Trust. I was born during the Renewal cycle. My opposite/challenge point is Trust.

Here's a cross reference chart. Locate your birth month and its keyword. The word refers to a quality that is a gift or focus point for your life. Look at the word 6 months away. This word represents your challenge or shadow. If you simply employed these two points, getting to know what they mean for you, there would be enough information coming your way to engage you for the rest of your life.

When we are out of alignment with the trust quality of this cycle loneliness and displacement will visit. If that happens take a break and rest. The primary force now is a call to action. Action needs to be balanced by relaxation. Practice self care and gentle nurturing. Don't risk burn-out.

Watch Your Shadow Grow

Doris Lessing says, "...that is what learning is. You suddenly understand something you've understood all your life, but in a new way."

I love the height of the cycle...this Full Moon phase... where, if I am honest, and capable of listening to what is being said within, I can hear truth...and it may not always be to my liking.

Year by year we are given the opportunity to be changed by our experiences, we know this yet we may still struggle against it. This is the time Full phase) each month when that struggle may be most apparent. Knowing this we can allow the space to look at those parts that we may not be very comfortable with owning. Try this: when no one is watching give yourself permission to identify this part, this less than perfect, murky part that wants to hold you down. Betcha it doesn't want to stay once you really look at it.

It's the most pumped up active portion of the year and yet underneath the burgeoning waits the decline, the leaf by leaf drifting down to the ground that is inevitable.

So seize the day and live strong... celebrate this now moment!!

It's the Growth cycle giving the time to take an action on whatever you would like to manifest during this 29 days. Don't think of it as a race or as a 'have to'. Just ease into it as if you were slipping into a cool and refreshing pool on a hot day.

All too soon our time runs out. Relish this opportunity to make a splash!

Remember during these three days we reach for the phone, the pen, the means of communicating what it is we are willing to allow to happen.

Welcome to the Growth Moon

This moon is also known as the Hay Moon, Buck Moon, Thunder Moon, Mead Moon, and in Hindu this is the Guru Poornima. All over the world and within all cultures we humans can't help but 'look up'.

I hope that you find useful the information included below. This year is zipping by and we are all very involved so I have designed these entries to be short and focused.

For each lunation, as part of the Homework for this year, I will refer to a way to connect to resource. For many of us this tends to turn our thoughts directly to money....and often to the lack thereof.

When our growth (plug in the word maturity there) proceeds naturally we come to realize that resource is about accessing the Divine Ideas that life holds for each and for all. Yet throughout time, and clearly within the current climate, many are suffering and often over thoughts of lack.

As a self-employed artist, determined to keep on 'growing toward the goal' I have investigated and come to trust a number of varied disciplines, voluntary simplicity being one of them, in order to assist my sweet self to not fall prey (for long) to the prevailing fear thoughts of mass consciousness.

Since the early eighties I have been inspired by the work of John Randolph Price and the Quartus Foundation that he founded. The hardcopy snail mail monthly newsletter available through Quartus is, for me, a terrific tune-up tool. Within his prosperity work Price offers an acronym: M.O.N.E.Y. that stands for my own natural energy yield. By researching his work you'll discover the 40 Day Prosperity Program and the 60 Day Non Human Program. I've repeated them often with uplifting results.
During this 'Growth Moon' remind yourself how you grow best. Where do you choose to plant yourself. What kind of climate do you require? Sometimes we need to be transplanted in order to thrive.

Welcome to summer! The most fast paced and opportune time of the year for growing into your goals. Joan Borysenko in her book Pocketful of Miracles writes:

... one of the four cardinal points of the year, Summer Solstice, the day of greatest light. The Medicine Wheel has completed its spring turning and is fully opened to the Southern Gate, the gate of summer. Summer is a season for appreciating the abundance of life, the reality of both the physical light and the spiritual Light, and of recognizing the unique gifts we have to share with the world. The Archangel Gabriel, a Hebrew name meaning "the strength of God," is the guardian of summer and the protector of the birth of all living things."

This is an appropriate time to remind ourselves of the over- arching energy of the year: the quality that requires patience and that places us into a 'pregnancy'. When we're expecting we wait on nature. We cannot push the baby to grow. It would be at risk if born prematurely. It helps to be expectant, light and joyful, filled with the promise that a new life brings.

Here at the Solstice point we begin a new 90 day segment of the wheel. It's convenient to see the year as divided into four equal quarters: Spring Equinox to Summer Solstice to Fall Equinox to Winter Solstice. Take the time to pause and consider what you want to give birth to over the next three months. That allows you to hold a year long goal that is broken down into four separate segments.

In preparation, use the last nine days of June to keep harmony in mind. Walk your talk. Address issues as they arise. Be authentic.

The energy visiting in July brings evolution. Free Dictionary online offers this definition: A gradual process in which something changes into a different and usually more complex or better form.
Apply this definition to the goals that you're willing to birth.

It's an appropriate point in the year to let go of whatever may be holding evolution back. The vibe for July is one of completion. To complete an important chapter obviously means that something has to come to culmination. Something, either literally or figuratively, is going to be released. We've all heard of and experienced how 'something has to die' in order for room to be made for the new. See if you can notice where, in your life, this natural process is unfolding.

Death comes in order to make room for what's next. When we release what we no longer need we make room for the not always comfortable task of transforming/evolving. For example, if we are pregnant we must die to our singular life and birth the self into the role of parent. When we reach 'a certain age' we must die to our youthful dreams and evolve into the natural process of aging/saging. When enough of us make conscious choice to engage in transformation/evolution the shift happens culturally. Slow but sure.

There is a deeply humanitarian and compassionate aspect to this cycle's energy that requires a largess of spirit and a willingness to share. A phrase from A Course In Miracles says "Those who temporarily have more give to those who temporarily have less." This could make a perfect mediation. The Wheel of Life turns and we each experience the highs and the lows. This point in our circle says 'give what it is you want to receive'. Give from your heart for humanity. That's called compassion. Give of your gifts and talents.

Martin Luther King Jr. said:
"Not everybody can be famous but everybody can be great because greatness is determined by service. You don't have to have a college degree to serve. You don't have to make your subject and your verb agree to serve. You don't have to know about Plato and Aristotle to serve. You don't have to know Einstein's theory of relativity to serve. You don't have to know the second theory of thermodynamics and physics to serve. You only need a heart full of grace and a soul generated by love."

May this cycle hold you like a hammock on a warm afternoon and may you be carried by your generous and gentle Spirit as you move down the path of summer.

KEYWORDS that take energy away: aimless, bereft, conflicted, demanding, disgusted, financially burdened, frustrated, greedy, holding grudges, immature, left out, longing, narrow interests, suffering, self-centered, unfulfilled

HOMEWORK: "What you do repeatedly is what you are." so said Aristotle and that's a good thing to consider now. During this cycle give up what you do not want and keep what you value. This is a time to move your idea out into the community. Volunteer. Put yourself out into the mainstream and see what comes back a hundredfold. This is also an excellent time to connect with the arts. Go to see a play, attend a gallery opening, paint or sculpt... at the very least dance!
To connect to m.o.n.e.y. for this cycle means to pay off your debt. This could apply to actual financial obligations. It could also refer to any aspect of your life that requires forgiveness. Practice forgiving. Practice wiping the slate clean.

Above all see this cycle as an end point a time when you can see that you have mastered something inportant to you. Our next cycle will signal an infusion of new beginning.

Time to let go and release the past of this cycle. It's rather Illuminating in itself to recognize that within the span of each moon cycle we are given the last three days to drop all that we've accumulated since the new moon. So take yourself back to May 24 and do your own review.

This phase of the moon is called the waning Crescent or Balsamic and it brings a period of detached surrender. Whatever we thought we'd accomplish, however we figured we'd 'make it happen' is now moot. Drop it. Take a bit of time to consciously withdraw and reflect. Lie fallow. Feel the space that's created. Once that's been achieved it becomes time to dream the dream of what's possible for the new 'Growth' cycle that begins on Monday.

We're also at one of the crossquarter points of the year, Summer Solstice It's a great time to enjoy a celebration.

We're at the midpoint of the cycle. Here we face our 'other side' as we gaze at the Full moon.

Look back two weeks to the goal you've set for this Illumination cycle. Notice the current challenges or what we can call the opposition, the shadow or polarity.

Face the parts of yourself that try to keep you from moving forward and embracing your brilliance.

Fear comes calling using many different names. This is when we can consciously connect with the manner in which it is attempting to get your attention now.

Facing fear is a practice. Just like any art or mediation. Practice for these three days of the Full phase and see how much energy results as you take action on allowing what you would choose to move closer to you.

The First Quarter of the Illumination cycle is here! Look at your kitchen calendar and you'll see the icon of the half moon. Each month this little glyph can remind you to get moving. Think of water in a stream. It is never still. During this 3 day phase be willing to make the call, write the letter, stretch yourself.

This is one of my favorite of the eight phases each moon. The First Quarter is when we take action on the goal we'd like to accomplish, in this case, before the next New Moon on June 22.

Between now and Wednesday afternoon take the initiative to feel and move toward your goal.

This cycle would suggest that each of us is in charge of our own inner genius. So experiment with this wonderful idea and shine like a star! You might find it fun to think of your genius as your ability to be ever more resourceful and inventive. Imagine what 15 minutes a day of listening to inner intuitive direction could bring in the way of brilliance.

On Wednesday afternoon the phase turns to the Gibbous (the three days before the Full moon) from then until the Full Moon on June 7 be as creative and engaged as possible. Filter and revise what you've been doing. See what fires you up and where your passion lies.

At all times keep your fingers on the pulse of Illumination and notice where that might be taking place in your life.

SIXTH LUNATION: THE ILLUMINATION MOON
May 24 - June 22 June June 21 Summer Solstice

It's heartening (and natural) the way in which one level of energy leads into and supports the next. In the eight days of the start of this cycle notice how many cobwebs you cleared away during the last four weeks. If you enlisted the qualities on the keyword list that accompanied the Wisdom Moon cycle you will most likely be inspired to see where it leads to next. if you gave yourself the gift of meditation time and/or studio time or if you took action on the concept of a vision quest then honor these actions. They will serve you well for the remainder of this walk round the wheel.

We enter summer during this cycle; can you believe that we are half way 'round the wheel of the year? Summer signals the time when we are most active and engaged. yet this cycle brings along a seemingly contradictory feeling of a deep need for solitude or some scheduled time for separateness.

This quality of being alone (but not lonely) is healthy and timely. See if you can lean into it. One of my favorite Buddhist teachers is Pema Chodron. In her book When Things fall Apart she writes a chapter titled, The Six Kinds of Loneliness. This one essay is good reading at any time but it is particularly germane now.

During this cycle apply her advice and take time to be alone a bit. Also communicate the need and let your important relationships know what you're doing so that no one close to you feels slighted.

Create a feeling of sacred space for yourself and notice how much easier it is to hear your true nature or inner guidance when you do. Notice how you gain illumination (Aha moments) by listening to inner guidance. Think of it as removing static from a phone line.

Another useful exercise is to practice the adage "the buck stops here". That means being willing to take the heat and accept the role of being the boss of your own consciousness. Can you address your own big problems? What are you in charge of after all? Not much other than attitude and actions.

This cycle would suggest that each of us is in charge of our own inner genius. So experiment with this wonderful idea and shine like a star! You might find it fun to think of your genius as your ability to be ever more resourceful and inventive. Imagine what 15 minutes a day of listening to inner intuitive direction could bring in the way of brilliance.

This cycle asks that we stay in touch with the portion of us that 'knows what it knows'. As an integral part of connecting to true genius be conscious of trusting your intuition ever more deeply now.

Trust the unseen side of things and invest in the world behind the illusion that tries to block the path. Be willing to be a student of the Master Teacher within as part of all the power that is now visiting. Still the ego.

More than any other cycle thus far we are being offered the opportunity to rise up and meet our true success potential. A good definiton for success is being present. Being conscious. Being here now. We can do that precisely because we've been preparing moon by moon. It's a very wonderful process to engage in year after year.

KEYWORDS for attuning to this cycle: adopt a muse, ambition, authenticity, awareness, excellent executive abilities, great inner strength, genius, harmony, handle money wisely, inspired, invoke your good, motivated, successful, spiritual master of the material plane

HOMEWORK: Step into your power during this cycle and allow your authentic self to shine. This is the time to practice being in business for yourself (even if you are employed, or recently unemployed). Handle the big problems. Request all assistance from within. Call on the Helping Hands, the Mighty Companions, the Inner Board of Directors. Whatever you call these unseen forces they are waiting in the wings just for you.

To connect to m.o.n.e.y. for this cycle look at your relation to the resources that flow into your day. Do you understand where your goods and services come from? Do you pay attention to the methods and practices employed to deliver what you use to your door? And do you know where things go when you throw them away?The idea here is to be authentic and to take appropriate control of the manner in which you use and/or abuse your resources.

Dream a Little Dream

The last three days of a moon cycle are called the Balsamic phase. These are the closing days for this Wisdom Moon cycle. Ahhh. We're given the chance now to slow down, relax, turn within and begin to dream of what will be the goal for the Illumination cycle beginning on May 24.

This is an opportune time for listening to the part of yourself that knows what will bring you the greatest sense of balance and joy. In order to listen we need some quiet. See how it all fits together. So relax, rejuvenate, rest and hold a picture in your mind of what next, what now, what matters.

It's the Last Quarter phase of the 'Wisdom Moon' cycle and the time is right to say thanks a lot for whatever has visited your life since the new moon of April 24.

A gratitude list during this three -four day period each month is really a fine way to begin learning to anchor your awareness of what is of value.

Use the tools you have on hand (your journal, schedule books, etc.,) to review what's transpired since April 24. Try to recognize every experience and occurrence as an opportunity to add to your ability to make sensible decisions or judgments.

Here is a favorite 'bit o wisdom' from Buddhist teacher Lama Surya Das

PRAYER FOR THE NEW MILLENNIUM

My all beings everywhere be awakened healed peaceful and free;
May there peace in this world,
and an end to war, poverty,
violence and oppression;
and may we all together

If you read the entire Lifecycle Forecast for 2009 you'll be reminded of the main focus for this year. We could sum up by saying we are all being offered the chance to 'be pregnant with peace'. Having that in mind you might then begin to see, sense and feel how in tune you are with the prevailing patterns being offered in your day to day experience.

On the Scorpio Full Moon of Taurus, is the Festival of the Buddha, known as Wesak, celebrating an alignment of spiritual energies, that the Buddha calls forth, and invokes one’s highest spiritual aspirations - the response of one’s innermost being, the soul. The Buddha vowed to return at this time of his enlightenment to assist humans to prepare a channel of consciousness for the inflow of powerful spiritual energies. Always, he emphasized the value of the spiritual community as a source of strength in following the spiritual path. At this time we pray to act as a medium of transmission, as a bridge to the network of light linking human minds.

It is said, “Remember at Wesak, no matter who we are or where we may be placed or what is the nature of our environment, no matter how isolated we may feel or apart from those who may share our spiritual vision, each of us can that day and for the period immediately following and preceding it, work and think and act in group formation, and function as a silent distributor of force.”

Follow Your Moon

Today begins the Gibbous phase of the Wisdom Moon cycle...it's time, between now and Saturday, to get creative regarding your goal. Here's a little story followed by a 'moon phase menu' that works moon after moon.

In a Tibetan Buddhist story we are asked to imagine walking around a lake at night. As we look into the water we see the moon reflected. As we walk clockwise around the lake and look into the water it will appear as though the moon follows. If we turn and walk in the opposite direction it will appear as though the moon also goes in this direction with us. However, there is actually no moon in the water, it is merely a reflection, an illusion, a water moon. And if, in fact, we were to fill one hundred barrels with water and place them along the shore of the lake it would appear as though there was a moon in each barrel, however it is not the moon it is simply a reflection, a water moon. Our lives and our relationships are like this water moon. We look about us and we think that what we see is real but it is all just a reflection of our mind, as in a dream, like a water moon.

Here is a simple recipe for Following Your Moon/Goddess: month-by-month, year-by-year.

With each new moon…have a vision. Close your eyes and open your heart/mind. Set a goal. Ask for clarity, which will lead to wisdom and illumination in the coming 29 days of the unfolding moon cycles. Create a treasure map using color, images and words to illustrate your heart’s desire.

Three days later at the crescent moon phase do your research and allow your vision/goal space to struggle like a seed planted in the ground. Imagine that it reaches up to find the light as it simultaneously stretches down to set a root. Breathe in the beauty and the wonder that surrounds you.
When the three days of the first quarter moon comes it’s the time to take an action (write the letter, make the phone call, dance, or paint or sculpt your vision) all to inspire growth, trust and love for your goal.

The gibbous moon phase is three days before the full moon; this is the time to remain positive…remain completely focused and create, create, create in connection to your goal.

The full moon reflects. This is the three days in which you can see the shadow or hidden side of your vision or goal. This is when you can experience your goal from deep within. Now you can see and sense and feel what works and what may not. Introspection at this time leads to inner strength.

Three days after the full moon comes the disseminating moon phase. This is the time to share what you have learned thus far regarding your goal. Speak to a trusted friend or mentor or write in your journal recording your discoveries.

The third quarter moon each month offers a time to say “thank you”. Now we begin to cleanse, renew and purify our thoughts and feelings being very grown up and recognizing that we’ve done what we can to accomplish the goal for this cycle.

The balsamic phase each month (moon) falls three days before the new moon. Now we release what has come and prepare to begin again…this is the time to dream the dream of the seed idea or vision that will be planted with the next new moon…

AN UPLIFTING LOOK AT THE ENERGY OF THE CURRENT WISDOM MOON CYCLE

April 25 - May 24 2009

Welcome to the Wisdom Moon cycle; the fifth lunation of 2009! This moon is also known as the Milk Moon, the Flower Moon, Corn Planting Moon and the Hare's Moon. The Hindu name is Buddha Poornima. All over the world and within all cultures we humans can't help but 'look up'.
I hope that you find useful the information included below. This year will zip by and we are all very involved so I have designed these entries to be short and focused.

For each lunation, as part of the Homework for this year, I will refer to a way to connect to resource. For many of us this tends to turn our thoughts directly to money....and often to the lack thereof.

Naturally our true wisdom tells us that resource is the Infinite Wealth that life holds for all. Yet throughout time, and clearly within the current climate, many are suffering over thoughts of lack.

For many years, since I am a self-employed artist, I have aligned myself with wisdom teachings to assist me in not falling prey (for too long) to the prevailing fear thoughts of mass consciousness. Since the early eighties I have been inspired by the work of John Randolph Price and am a life member of the Quartus Foundation that he founded. In his prosperity work Price offers an acronym: m.o.n.e.y. that stands for my own natural energy yield). Over the years I've repeated his 40 Day Prosperity Program and the 60 Day Non Human Program with wondrous results.

During this 'moon of wisdom' remind yourself where you turn in order to root yourself more deeply in the awareness that 'all is well'. That is the depth of wisdom.

Fifth Lunation: The Wisdom Moon April 24 - May 24

Notice the manner in which you return to balance as the last week of April winds down. Be responsible. As mentioned last cycle, ego death is essential. The ego is one of those mysterious constructs of the persona that one wisdom teaching in particular refers to as "vicious and malicious and wants to keep you small". Seems dramatic. Yet as we monitor that part inside ourselves we notice where it leads. We can't deny that each of us has shadow material. Darkness. Fear. And the capacity to relate to that tendency to feel 'less than' when under stress and pressure. Even to the point of sometimes striking out. Be real. In this year of patient unfolding of inner vision use these contrasts as opportunities. Gain wisdom by looking at what you have faced and faced down. Become more aware of the manner in which your ego tries to keep you small and diminished. Seven days into this cycle a clear pathway opens leading to inner stillness and meditation. Returning, as we will all this year, to the analogy of pregnancy; this month/moon is when we can place our hands on our belly and feel the life moving within. Now we can imagine the miracle that is forming for our life.

Meditation is like being pregnant with our true nature.

Each time we turn within, after all the monkeys stop jumping around in the mind, we might catch a glimpse of the deeper better part within us. We might briefly engage the quiet, still, fertile territory of the Mystery. It is primarily through this kind of conscious practice that we can make a real connection to the place where wisdom dwells. This place is also the seat of our intuition. This is the space where the master teachings of the ages can really take root. We can become conscious of who we truly are free of the small and mean spirited ego. When we're conscious we can offer each other a far more creative and expansive view of life.

Nisargadatta Maharaj offers this; "Wisdom is knowing I am nothing, Love is knowing I am everything, and between the two my life moves."

I appreciate this acknowledgement of the nothing/everything polarity. How does that concept sit for you? Can you find the place in the middle of these two extremes and relax into the gray area a bit? Being gray gives us freedom to explore possibility without locking in to a particular way of looking at or experiencing a situation or relationship. It gives us breathing room. Space to move.

I'm in the process of reviewing and releasing the last ten years in preparation for what may come to meet me in the decade ahead. Using the Lifecycle model I find it particularly helpful to focus and to set a vision and to ask for my heart felt choices to show themselves. I trust the process without attaching to what comes. I allow energy to flow and have fun with the idea of being a 'flow-er' through life.

Yet wisdom is elusive and it is often confused with intellect. Who truly has wisdom? Where can we actually find wisdom? In the five years that we had monthly moon based Creativity Salons in my studio in Cleveland I recall that May and the Wisdom cycle brought up the greatest degree of confusion and curiosity for us all. I still feel that ambiguity and I value the 'not knowing'. I find this wisdom thing to be an endless topic of fascination. We can't nail it down and make it forever, as in THERE I'VE GOT IT! Wisdom is malleable. Wisdom is organic. It moves with the currents of life and yet contains an enduring quality of truth.
My online dictionary says wisdom is "the ability to discern or judge what is true, right, or lasting; insight. Common sense; good judgment. The sum of learning through the ages; knowledge. Wise teachings of the ancient sages. A wise outlook, plan, or course of action."

Sounds like a life-long learning project of the highest order. Especially when some of the these wise teachings suggest that we stop making a shopping list for our Higher Self and accept what comes without attachment or aversion. Wow. There's a great perspective to explore.

Over the years I've often taken a lovely little paperback book off the shelf during this cycle. The Star In My Heart by Joyce Rupp is a beautiful volume dedicated to experiencing Sophia, Inner Wisdom. A deeply devotional writing I find that Rupp's exercises and ideas for mandala making can effortlessly turn attention meditatively inward where our connection to wisdom resides.

The year is consciously quieting us. It is energetically offering us a deeper content (what is contained in) and a deepening content (satisfied with).
This is the point on the wheel of the year where we help ourselves by remembering that in the balance of all things energy activates its polar opposite. When dark and heavy energetic parasites come to visit see if you can learn to call them a 'pop quiz'.

The useful way to address the demons is to live in the present and pay attention. Look them in the eye when they come to call and be willing to learn from them. You might refer to the story I told last cycle to be reminded of some ways to harmlessly move through the darkness and shadow.
Faith Javane describes the level of this year's Master energy like this, "In its journey through the Earth plane, the soul meets trials and tests all along the way, and at some points may require an incarnation for more relaxed testing." 2009 may be looked upon as such a time.

That sounds excellent doesn't it? Relaxed testing. No pressure. Hopefully we can come to a place in life this year where we can put experiences into perspective. Difficulty is difficulty. And surely at times our problems are larger than life and a very big deal.
However during this year we are energetically pregnant with a gentle and spritely opportunity to pull back, take a long view and truly focus upon what we choose to give birth to.

We can learn so much individually and collectively during this time. I hope that you will enjoy going in and then coming out with a deeper level of connection to the wisdom of the ages to share with all those that you come into contact with.

As an artist one of the most wonderful bits of wisdom I have learned was just prior to my solo journey to Bali, the island of artists, when I discovered that the culture has no word for art...they do everything as well as they can.

I send out a heart felt wish that we each discover our own way to connect with the art and the joy of wisdom during this cycle.

KEYWORDS for attuning to this cycle: art, atonement, being present, breath work, compassion, dignified, guidance, intuition, joy, master teachings, meditation, nature, quiet mind, ritual, self-examination, stillness, studious

KEYWORDS that take energy away: aloof, depression, fearful, hyper-sensitive, intoxicated, maddened, malice, monkey mind, secretive, suspicious, unapproachable

HOMEWORK: Stay open to the idea: 'There is no such thing as a problem without a gift for you in its hands, we seek our problems because we need their gifts'.

I don't know who said that but it really applies to the 'pop quiz' that comes our way during this time. Incorporate total surrender without reservation. This is a time for giving yourself the gift of spending some time alone. Meditate. Go into the studio. Be a student. Consider a 'vision quest' of your own design and choosing.

Lastly, to connect to m.o.n.e.y. for this cycle, review all of the energy gifts that your life contains. For example, the breath that sustains you, the blood pumping through your veins, the fact that trillions of cells attend to their various duties without any thought on your part. Add to this list in any way that you can to truly honor the miracle that is you.

In this brief entry I am describing the umbrella-like energetic qualities that affect us all. There are also personal fields of energy that are unique to each of us.
